The AT91SAM7X256/128-AU features 256/128 Kbyte high-speed Flash and 64/32 Kbyte SRAM, a large set of peripherals, including an 802.3 Ethernet MAC, a CAN controller, an AES 128 Encryption accelerator and a Triple Data Encryption System. A complete set of system functions minimizes the number of external components.
